Build
The Front Left Engine Bay Liner
Step 01
Fit the keyed post on the back of Brake Fluid Line 1 to the matching keyed hole at this location on the Front Left Engine Bay Liner:
Secure this into place from the other side with one (1) TP screw:
Step 02
Fit the post on the back of Brake Fluid Line 2 into the matching hole at this location of the Front Left Engine Bay Liner. Push the two pins (arrows below) along the Brake Fluid Line 2 into small holes in the Front Left Engine Bay Liner, as shown.
Take care when working with these brake fluid lines as they are very thin and fragile:
Secure Brake Fluid Line 2 into place from the other side with one (1) TP screw:
Step 03
Fit the locating pin of the Hood Release Latch into the smaller alignment hole at this location on the Front Left Engine Bay Liner, align the screw holes, and secure the latch into place with one (1) HP screw as shown:
Step 04
Push the four pins of Brake Fluid Line 3 into these matching holes along the top edge of the Front Left Engine Bay Liner, as shown:

I really enjoy all these little details. I can’t wait to see the completed engine bay!

Phase 86 – Frame: Front Left Wheel Arch Liner
Well as luck would have it the long brake line for the left side was the incorrect part. My kit had two right side brake lines not a left and a right. IXO is sending me a replacement part but not wanting to wait I am going ahead and proceed with the assembly. It looks like I will be able to insert the pins on the brake line even with the chassis mated to the body.
